In my career I have served as Product Manager, Director of Product, Vice President of Delivery, Chief Operating Officer, and Board Member of technology-based startups and high growth companies. In each of these roles I joined leadership as a very early stage employee and helped lead the companies to successful exit.

Along the way, I continuously worked on my delivery of leadership while focusing on developing genuine company culture and operational best practices. I am proud of how the results of my work allowed each company to scale and grow at remarkable speed.

My experience in industries is equally diverse. I have gained valuable experience and insights from creating digital intellectual property for many startups (Pivotal), leading product development and delivery for numerous fortune 100 and 500 companies (Connected), and leading successful SAAS product and company development in one of Canadas fastest growing startups (Lane).

Drawing on 15 years experience building successful startup and tech-based companies, I now enjoy applying my experience and knowledge to help a variety of entrepreneurs and leaders develop and grow their companies and businesses to exciting new levels.

I find great satisfaction in tackling the often complex early-stage tasks a swell as exciting growth-unlocking projects. My aim is to establish effective systems and operationalize the vision of the emerging companies I work with, ensuring they have the foundation needed for long-term success.
